Sunlight and Shadows

Love how you can see Reid's shadow. So much more endearing than the shadow of a tripod!
Sweater, J. Crew. Olive skinny jeans, Sanctuary denim. Shoes, thrifted. Dooney & Bourke bag, vintage. Sunglasses, Ray-Ban. Cat, model's own ;).
Pictures by Reid!

Although I am the last person you'll hear complaining about rising temperatures, I feel as though my days of thick sweater wearing are dwindling rapidly. I adore knit sweaters for colder temperatures, so a part of me was a little bit happy that I could get away with this one for my outfit on Saturday. I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with Reid and my family (and my kitties!) to remind me the perks of going home.
As far as my title goes, the pictures reminded me of old memories. I thought of old memories like shadows constantly being cast on people, for good or for bad. Luckily for me, the shadow cast on my in the picture above is indeed full of good memories ;).
